problems whith wether icons

i have a problem whith the wether icon in this new vesion.if i am conected to to activesync the icons apear whith no problem,but when i disconect the pocket the icons and the information deaspear how think that the problem is that the refresh buton is active and when ask for information dont find nothing because im not conected to the net.
is any whay to fix this?
