Format of registry required for Version 11

I have not been able to get config.exe to runs as had other users based on searching these forums.  I have used Today Plus in version 10.2, but can't get version 11 running.  I have installed, uninstalled and reinstalled both today plus and .NET.  I have deleted the registry entry for today plus and reinstalled to no avail.  Can someone post the registry entry layout built by config.exe so I could set it up by hand.  I use the PHM registry editor.  An export of this key would even be better.
