ACTUAL Weather-ID-List & PICS

@All,

The weather-id-list we commonly use for our TodayPlus weatherpics/weatherpicnumbers is no longuer actual. Some/several numbers from the forecast URL's don't match the pics we used till now. While working with uk_skinner and Broesel in another thread, we noticed this. I did some investigation and found this new order: Weather-ID-list. I thank Broesel for helping me.

If you see some improvements, please let me know!

tree99: we had an older list but that seemed not to be right, so I found
another list and compared some of the iconsets. You can download it

There you can see the icons compared to the list.
