So - anyone have any ideas on how to get the calendar numbers shaded without using the calendar box?  Looks like I'm going to have to give up this idea...

 The only way i can see is to use a pic of just the showdows of the nubers behind the calendar, but then you have to make one for every month. That could take awile.



I will be posting all my work on my website. havent worked on it for a long @ss time. The first thing i will post will be LTwisted0.12.0. Every thing will work in ver 11 except the sunrise and set pics.

I looked through the messages but could not find the answer. My Calenday is not showing up at all in the upper right coner. My information is showing up but when i switch to the calendar nothing. I tried clicking anywhere in the area and nothing. I do see a small vertical line above the right and left arrows. Any ideas?

Ok guys this is what i did, i created a programe called TodayAdv(ver:1.0. That will do the same things todayplus does plus more. It will be realesed 3/7/04 at handango for 19.99 And LTwisted12 is for sale at handango for 9.99. if you buy the addon now you will be able to buy TodayAdv for 5.00.
If not you can buy TodayAdv for 19.99 (includes LTwisted12) savings of 5.00. and the addon will work with todayplus. TodayAdv will be a closed program so that means it will not be like todayplus as in creating skins. What you see is what you get, but I will have polls for what it does and goes into the program, so the majarity of poeple will pick what Today Adv does. I will need bata testers in a week. I need 15  verry motavated poeple. Beta testers will get full non expireing copys of TodayAdv. Ltwisted12 or TodayAdv will have free upgrades for life.


TodayAdv And all that i coded or made graphics are all copyrited corbcut 2002-2003.

Why am i doing this. Becouse i do not want my time and effort (skins/codeing/help) go to waist. So thats why I created TodayAdv

Interesting to hear about "TodayAdv," to bad it isn't "skin-able."  Is it customizable at all? (i.e. Can you change icons or weather images or even the basic layout of what is displayed?)

I can give it a try beta testing it for you if you would like.  I find in most cases, if something runs on a Toshiba e740, it will run on anything.

Im glad to see poeple interested.
And even if todayplus comes back i will keep todayAdv going, it has a diffrent aproach. Like i said there will be polls on what actually will be added to TodayAdv besides the obvious plugins. you will be able to chose what show and what dosent in the programe, you the user will only have to set up a text file, very basic things, no codeing. I will try to make it as easy as posible.

Whilst I find it unbelievable that you have managed to re-implement TodayPlus' entire functionality in a matter of weeks, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on that, for now.  

However, basically you are taking a concept and intellectual property which srs freely gave to the Pocket PC community, together with significant goodwill which you have fostered here on the TodayPlus forums, provided by Eitel, and using this to produce a commercial product for yourself?  Do you not feel that this is somewhat unethical?  You have been providing your skins free-of-charge for several months now - why do that if you were all along planning to produce something of your own making?  Indeed, I seem to remember you arguing just a few weeks back that it would be unethical for you to make available to the TodayPlus community the non-expiring version of Today Plus which you happened to be in possession of.  I can't imagine why you'd say that.

Forgive my cynicism, especially if you have genuinely developed a new and original piece of software.  However, from what I have seen so far it looks like a disgusting attempt to profit from many other people's hard work.  I'm disappointed.

First off it is not the non expiring version of today plus. secondly Yes i did start devolping TodayAdv for awile now and yes gave away my skins/codeing and time and effort. Ok thats fine todayplus is free so where my skins, now that i going to be realising my product i will charge for it and for the addons. I can sell what every i make. And i am letting you all know this right off the bat. if you don't like it then don't buy it.
