Can someone please post hammerksin install instructions?

It's been a while since I've used todayplus and I need a little help getting this skin installed and configured.

I downloaded the english version of the skin.  I unzipped it and I have the U.S. version of the hammerskin.txt, hammerskin.tsk, the hammerskin0 and hammerskin1 folders, and the stardock folder.  

I put the .txt file into the todayplus skins folder, the hammerskin0 and hammerskin1 folders into the todayplus image folder.  Where do the .tsk file and the stardock folder go?

I put Hammerskin.task in /Windows.  And stardock goes to /TodayPlus/Weather/.
