I noticed two other things that you might wish to address... First... the date on the weather page... it would probably look better if you used center alignment for the dates... instead of left hand alignment.

The other thing that I noticed... is that the colors on all the meters are purple...  Should they represent the status of the meter... green for good, yellow for caution and red as a warning...?

Overall a nice start to a new skin.

I tried that but Wednesday bled over into the battery area.  The other days looked fine.  Saturday was a little close too. I'm not sure about the colors.  This is a default color scheme that I've gotten from pretty much all the other skins out there.  I mean by that, I've used hammerskin for part of this code and I've looked at so many other skins to see how it was done.  I'm pretty sure they are all defaulted that way so the skin can interepret the correct sizes.  Does that make any sense.  I understand it but I'm not sure I can explain it.

you are right there.  I had it at one time for the day to Left Align and the date to right align.  That's what I'd prefer but I lost that somehere.    Just one more thing for me to fix.  But thanx for the info.  I'll at least center it in the next release.

I had some time to play with it this afternoon... and came up with the following. I do need some help though to correct a few things that are a little beyond me.

First is the area to the left on the Calendar View... the Agenda section is interferring with the title bar...

Second... I would like to have the RSS feeds split horizontally rather than vertically... I think it makes it easier to read. I need someone to rebuild the header section for me under the RSS description...

I have circled the areas in the picture...

Be grateful to anyone that could help. It is basically Geezer's skin with a little cleaning up.

I can't see in your picture what the interference is.  Can you make that picture larger?  I've also swapped sides with the calendar and agenda/tasks area.  It's much more robust.  I'm hoping this version that I'm working on will correct your problem.  

I'm not sure I can fix your porblem easily.  There are others who can.  Their much quicker than me with coding.  That's not an easy task butit's not that hard either.   All you would need to do is change the coordinates, change the graphics some, remove the large scroll bar and add a smaller one.  I don't think it would be that easy now that I start looking at it.  I think it's going to take someone with fast skills to help you here.  My apologies.

Thank you!  I'll look at it and see where my original code is messed up.  It may already be corrected.  I just can't keep up with the faster coders here.  

Yep.  Saw where you fixed the colors in the meters.  I NEVER even knew there were suppose to be colors there.     So thank you very much for that.  The only thing I saw that you did in the news ticker was remove some code in there.  Is that correct?

I think your first issue has been fixed in my update.  I won't be doing the second thing.  I purposely didn't want this to look too much like Hammerskin.  I love his skin, mind you.  But I started out on this before Hammerskin was released and would like to keep this unique.  I've made so many changes to this thing, it's probably going to be called 2.0  Not really but the changes are many and bug fixes almost too many to mention.  Here is a screen of the new Agenda area.

Of course, this is not final.. I'm still deciding on several layout issues and there are bugs even in this capture.

About 2 years away.  

Actually, I'm working on it every weekend if not during the week too.  There is just so much that I screwed up on the initial release and I'm getting lots of help getting these fixed.  Right now, I'm mostly working on getting the radar stuff and HOPEFULLY, some stocks working.  Little things keep creeping in but I'm hoping to have it released before 14 Feb.  That way I can walk away for a few days and spend some time with my long, lost wife.    Hang in there.  It's getting there and looking good.  The docs are going to be important too.

I will just continue with my mod on your skin... it is all that I am looking for anyway. Not so sure I want the radar images...

The main reason I like to have the RSS feeds go the width of the screen is so that the titles do not get truncated...

For those interested...  I am going to leave the skin... and a few ammended files that need to go in the appropriate images folder.  

I still need someone to cleanup the RSS Screen... including a scrollbar for the upper details section.. It is ok for most threads but the odd long one spills over and requires a way to scroll it up.

If someone could clean it up I am sure everyone that might wish to use it would be greatful.

Also it has been reworked for celcius... sorry I'm in Canada...
