New device woes

I have just upgraded from Ipaq2210 which runs TP flawlessly, to a HTC Wizard and am struggling to get TP running. I can run it as an app but not as a plugin. I have not got rss or weather updating yet but this may be because I am not using activesync yet on the new device. Thankyou microsoft for forcing me to loose activesync over wifi if I install AS4.
Any help welcome as I am beginning to regret this upgrade and a working TP would make me like the new device alot more.

I have no idea what a HTC Wizard is, but have you forgotten to do anything that you needed to do to get it working (for example 'amend' the todayplus.dll, or install .net if it is needed?)

Is it enabled as a today item to show?

Went through step by step as I have done on my ipaq. After a soft reset it all works. I have just got to edit my skin so it looks ok in landscape.
HTC wizard is a PocketPC Phone, sold as Tmobile vario (mine), XDA miniS, Qtek9100 and Imate K-jam and possibly other names too. Best feature is slide out keyboard
