The new forum wasn't working!

Well, it looks like I spoke to soon about the forum being up.  We are having permissions problems associated with attachment downloads.  Until I figure out the problem, we will have to go back to the old forum.

I apologize to any one that has registered or posted while the new forum was up.  You will have to re-register and/or post.
