Locked posts in Help & Support

The admin and moderator team have started to lock threads in this forum which we consider to be completely resolved and requiring no further attention from would-be "helpers".  This simply makes it easier to know whether new posts are further "cries for help" or thanks for help already given.

We are planning to be conservative in which threads we lock.  However, if the thread is locked and you either believe your problem was not solved, or desperately want to add a post, you can either (a) PM a moderator and ask for it to be unlocked (please don't bother the Admins with this) or (b) start a new thread and we'll merge them later.
