Can't search weather!

I installed TP 11 and .net framework on my PPC 2002. When configuring, I try to search for my city. I enter my city name and when i tap on the 'search' button I get this message:

Exception:
System.Net.WebException
:WebException

I run a PocketPC site in puerto rico and many of my users are having the same problem, please let me know what to do here so I can tell them.

I had the same problem, try searching using your zip or city code.

Also, make sure your PPC is connected to the Internet before clicking on the search button.

Are you behind a proxy?

yeah that was it. I made sure the ipaq was connecting correctly. that solved the problem.
