Having problems with sunrise and sunset !

Hi,

I have put in the long/latt settings for Oslo (Norway), but i get the time one hour wrong.

What do i write in the 'slider' file ?
I have only done changes in the config file.

Can i put in surise and sunset for other cities aswell ?
