2nd Weather city will not appear in config.exe

I was able to set the first city in the config.exe file, but when I try to set the  second city, it goes through getting the correct code, I enter the name and update time, and hit ok, and there is only the first city written in the box.  Below the first city it says " - (mins, )".  When I go to the today screen the weather for the first city shows and either nothing shows for the other city or the empty cirlcles with lines through them show up.  In either case there is no city name written (which I did enter).  Any suggestions?

Steps to add a city for weather.

1. Enter a city of zipcode in the City box.
2. Click on the Search button (make sure you are connected internet)
3. After the Results listbox is populated, you must click on an entry (even if only one entry appears).  This will prepopulate the Name field which you can now edit.
4. Change the update time to the desired interval.
5. Change units to disired setting
6. Click OK

I believe step 3 may be what you forgot to do.
