Problem with Weather after hard reset

My daughter "accidently" hard reset my Axim and I had to reinstall everything.  Today Plus weather is not behaving now.  I keep getting the "exception system net web exception" error.  I have made sure I am connected and not behind a firewall, and still I get no results.  I uninstalled and reinstalled today plus to no avail.  I have used both the city name and zip code.  Any suggestions?  Thanks

Did you installed the .Net framework?

yes, I can try deleting and reinstalling it.
