Weather Shmeather

I'm using the 10.2 version and cannot get the weather to save my life.  I've changed the config to my city and got nothing.  I've tried different skins and got nothing.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and left the default cities in the config and still got nothing.  I've reset my desktop and got nothing.  Reset my ppc and got nothing.
