It shows blank screen when I click the TodayPlus (v0.11.0)

Hi all,
I try to install the TodayPlus v0.11.0 on my English iPAQ 4150, but it only shows blank screen when I click the TodayPlus icon.

But I didn't encounter this problem when using the 0.10.2 or previous version.

Please help me.

and specialy the line: The config app is located in the TodayPlus folder and called config.exe. You will need the Microsoft .NET Framework SP2 for it to work. Download here. (Note: if you have WM 2003, you don't have to download this file!)
