weather,clock,rss,launcher,sysinfo all in 1 'section'

kudos to all and especially this forum - been here often to get help in configuring various apsects.

one question...

is it possible to put all the various regions in one 'region' or spot on the screen so that i can cycle thru them by clicking on appropriate icon? am using modified lordtwisted skin and v11.  with the up arrow activated, i can get the weather, clock and rss all in one place and then cycle thru with icon clicks.  but launcher and sysinfo/batt are in different place (i.e after the agenda section.

i like to have agenda always open, but don't always need the other regions open.  but when i do open/activate them, i would like them not to take up more space on the screen

is this possible and how would i do that?
