I' can't select any skin

Hi, I'm a newbie
I installed todayplus version 0.11.0
I selected the default slide skin and it seems to work. (but i can't see the weather icons)
After many try to install new skins now i
can't select any skin.
The list "Select Skin (dll)" is empty, but i have many txt file in the skin directory (the default skin too).
After unistalling software (and manual cleaning of the directory todayplus) and reinstalling, the problem remain: the skin list is empty.
In order the software mantain my previous setting (setting i made before uninstall) and i don't know how it manage in it! Where it save these settings?
Can someone help me?
