Exception while config-operation

Could anyone explain me haw can I solve the following exception:
System.Net.WebException: Impossible trovare l'assembly della risorse where translated into english would sounds like I could not be possible found resources,assembly.

at weather.com before you type it.

(firewall ?)  oh yes,  and no proxy !!!

Broesel, unfortunately I have both firewall and proxy...this means that there is no way to go trough ?

As far as I know, the refresh won't work through a proxy

Firewall should not be a problem, if you can connect from your ppc to
the internet through Activesync.

I wrote earlier, in another thread: Since the proxy port changed from 80 tot 8080 I was able to sync weather and news.

Maybe this can solve your problem

Thank for your suggestion.
I check port actually is 1080 and trying to change into 8080 as you suggest but no success. I tried also using gprs connections but the excepiton call is the same....
Any idea of what could be the possible cause ?

I have had the same problem...
i have deleted my 2 city from the config,
then i have recharged the same ones 2 city... OK, problem solved!!
Explanation:  NONE!  

I translate why it succeeds to me better
Ho avuto lo stesso problema...
ho cancellato le 2 città dal config,
poi le ho ricaricate. Problema risolto!!
Spiegazione: NESSUNA!
