Writing skins - scripting code

Hello:

I am trying to get a list of the scripting commands for writing skins with, not been able to find them anywhere. Does today plus use a particular language or it's own??

Is there anywhere I can get info for the language from??

I already read the tutorial document , but didn't find the ref guides - thanks very much..
