Icon Sizes

I've read some info on this in the past but haven't found in using the search method.  I know we can use icons next to the Agenda and Task listings.  However, is there a specific size and format, (is PNG prefered?) that is limited to.  This of course may be decided by the size of the font in the string too.  I don't know.  Anyone got an idea or answer?  Or did I forget this from the documentation?

That is category icon, right?  If so, you have to assign them in POOM filter at configure.  You can use any size, I believe, but you want to match the fonts you use in option format.  I will assume you can use other grphic format other than PNG, but I am not sure.

I used .PNG, and sized the icons to 10x10 (but I wasn't using VGA)...
I believe you can also use .BMP & .JPG if you want !!
The size can be whatever will fit on your display line !!

Yep, the category icon.  I've been looking at it and it appears the one we see in all the distributions are 10x10.  I guess that's because the size is a safe bet to be universally usable. The ones that are not working for me are a bit larger, like 12x14 or so.  I thought they were small enough but I'll have to downsize them a bit more and see if it will work.  Thanks UK..

Thanks for the above Zapme1.  I'll try to downsize them and see if that works.  I guess I may not make my delivery date.  I'm still going to try.  But I think I'm going to just have to put out another text file of "what's left.txt"
