How do I set up Radar?

Ok, don't give up because I won't not until you can see the image on your device.  Let's go through the check list again.

Check you have images in the Radar1 folder.  This folder HAS TO BE under your base path for TodayPlus\Images\.  In other words, the "Image" folder has to be in the same folder as "Skin" folder.

There are 10 .jpg files in the directory named 1.jpg through 10.jpg

Ok, can you open the image by taping it from your device?  Are they ok?

OK it looks like we are getting somewhere! When I tap on 5.jpg it says ".5.jpg is not a valid Pocket PC application"

When I copy it to my PC desktop it opens just fine.

Good, can you tell me where you put the TodayPlus program.  As you said, your TodayPlus folder is in /Program Files, right?

Ok, do you have a space between "Today" and "Plus"? Please check the folders in your /Program Files folder.  Do you see both "Today Plus" and "TodayPlus" folders?
