Unknown Weather Codes

Have been having an issue recently, at least I think, I hadn't noticed before, when open a forecast in weather, it reads:

Day:
Unknown Code: 4

high tmep
low temp
chance of precp

Night:
unknown code: 4

The icons appear, dates appear proper high and low temp appear just no description of the forecast... on any of the citys 1-3.   Any ideas what might cause this or how to fix it.

Can you go to your base folder and open forecasttext.txt?  What does it say?
