•  999 "Fair" --> Dutch translation: "Licht bewolkt".

I fixed the error.  The wind direction should be "Variable".  Do you want translate it into NL?  If so, what the transaltion should be?

Grenoble gaves an untranslated text: "Thunder in the Vicinity". For me, that's the same as number 28: 'Scat.T-storms', don't you think?
