I've encoutered an error in the cityxx.txt-files with the upload-time registration. It's only in the first hour of the afternoon:
•  Arnhem (on the weathercom url): 12.50 pm local time . . . --> this.swLastUp = "5 maart 2005 24:50"
•  Dublin (on the weathercom url): 12.00 pm local time . . . --> this.swLastUp = "5 maart 2005 24:00"

Can you, please, discouver what's wrong?

The Dutch translation:  "Veel bewolking en wind"
The German translation: "Meistens bewölkt und Wind"

I am in the process to add/edit weather forecast text.  This one will be included.  Probably will take one or two days.  It will be better.

Dutch translation: "Regenbui"
German translation: "???"  (Broesel?!?)

I don't know what textlinenumber it should have:
989= Light Rain Shower
14= Showers
18= Rain
21= Few Showers

French: Douche De Pluie

They are from Babel, if they are not right please let me know.

forecasttext.txt.
