Radar and Stock? Help!!!

Okay I have tried to read all of the pertaining posts and am not finding the answer to my problem, hoping someone can help, you all have been good to me before.

Radar.exe and radar.txt seem to see each other and work fine.  I have modified the text file so that all images are stored on sd card (that is where tp is) when I view through the sat/rad images (slidshow) section of the weather page I see all images with out problem.  I do not get any stock images nor to I see any radar images in the "city" views from the main page.

The radar.txt file is one that I downloaded from here UKskinners I believe, I will try to attach here for reference. I thought I would get to work and then modify for Cleveland Ohio, Asheville NC and Jupiter FL.
