TP stopped working

Not sure exactly what happened but has anyone experienced TP after a soft reset just stops showing up?

As far as I know the only software change was the addition of pocket quicken and gsfinder.  

The hammerskin (slightly modified) had been working for weeks.   Any ideas?

P.S. I have already checked basepath, cleared the buffer, and reloaded plugin, to no avail.   Resets & removing from today items dont work either.

Forgot to mention that running TP directly DOES work.....strange.
