I want to continue use the same config.txt becausea I have configured to my pda. Can I use the config.txt I have now? Will it work if I change the initial line with the name of the skin .txt?

That should do it, but you might run in problems, when you only defined 2 cities in your config and the skin is done for three cities. Same for rss and so on.

But like I said, it will work.

Sadly, to date, the answer is probably "no", or at least, not without some modification.

You could try just changing the skin command and see what doesn't work - the skin author might be able to help with specific problems you can't fix, once you've had a read through the documentation.
