Soft reset icbar error

ever since I've installed today plus I get an error for icbar on soft reset.  I had icbar but uninstalled it awhile back.  When I do a soft reset it says it cannot find the link to icabr.exe  , obviously somewhere there must still be a reference to icbar... any ideas where it may be so I can delete it.. thanks gang

In your file explorer on your PPC, go to: \Windows\StartUp\ and see if you have a "Icbar.lnk".  If so, delete it.
