Err... I'll only give you that if you can give me the code to find the weather in America...?  

Israel, like America, is a big place.  They have different cities, with different weather, and therefore different weather codes.  Some examples are:

Tel Aviv - ISXX0026
Jerusalem - ISXX0010
Elat - ISXX0005

Just go to weather.com and type Israel in the search box.
