How I can set weather on today plus. I am in Richmond IN, and according to yahoo the location ID is USIN0560

What is your zip code? If you look at my example below you will see where my zip code 08824 is my home. Change the line in the config file that looks like mine to your zip not 08824.

My Zip code is 46825, I made the change in config file. But it does not show me weather info.

after making those changes to the config.txt, you should
1.) reload the TD+ plugin to pickup the changes you have made
2.) delete the files contained in the "buffer" subfolder (\Program Files\TodayPlus\Buffer\)
3.) refresh your data
