update time on the Weather

Can set the update / refresh time for the weather to say 10hrs or so.
I sync the weather OK but it is deleted (or times out) from my display after a couple of hours.

I would like the weather to stay on untill the next time I sync. Usually 8+hrs.

Cant sync away from home yet.

There are two concepts here.  One is the weather refresh time, which is specified in your config.txt, and is probably 60 mins.  That is the minimum time after which TodayPlus will try to download weather information when you refresh.  I don't think this is what you are talking about here.

The second is a setting in the standard slider.txt skin, which deems weather information to be out of date once it is an hour old.  Unfortnately, this doesn't work well with people in different time zones.  For the slider.txt, this post describes how to ensure that the weather information isn't expired until it is a day old - if you sync every 8 hours, you should always see weather information on your screen and it should never reach a day old.
