Downloaded latest version and it only shows a .CAB file?

As none of my searching has pulled up anything resembling a read me or install document/procedure of any sort I'll have to go out on a limb and guess something might be wrong as all I get when I unzip the .zip file is a .CAB file.

Can anyone tell me what exactly I'm supposed to DO with said .CAB file?

Move the CAB file to your pocket pc using activesync.  Then using file explorer find the file and tap it and it will install.  Then go to the Today plus folder in the Programs directory and click the config file.  Then you go thru the tabs and add your info.

Much thanks.  I'm a relative n00b when it comes to my PPC and this would be the first App I've come across that didn't have an executeable installer of some sort.  Figured it worked something like that but wanted to make sure the zip contents were accurate.
