Suggestion: maybe, it's a good idea to open some new threads:
•  one thread for the Radar 'program' of Uk_skinner. It's a universal program, not only related to Hamerskin. I want to introduce his program in my own skin, but I don't feel free to ask more about it in this special Hamerskin thread.
•  another threads with new to devellop other ideas. I have some wishes I couldn't work out for myself, but with the help of other skinners there will be a solution, I hope.

Let me know what you think about it, please!

This is the jumping point. Of course I have several towns but I just think about two different versions
The 1st solution lasts for little countries like Germany. Since most towns lie within Germany it suggests actually to nothing that the same radar picture is shown 5 times. Another solution will be appropriate here. It makes more sense to set up a region which has a menu. I can select several pictures in this menu (Germany, Europe, etc)

The 2nd solution is for bigger countries like the USA.  Absolutely make sense there that the radar pictures are in cover with a town.  So how you have represented this already in the code.

In the end will decide be what you both achieve with the exe

We could use an developer corner, Becoming only things for the development posted in this one. This Thread is turned into the general chat about the skin. We need a Thread where Newbies can put ask, to koniguration of the Skin(FAQ). I also would like to alter the downloads to the different languages (Motormuis has organized it for the Dutch language very well) . Since I have made some mistakes at the translation of the Skin into English  it would suit me fine if swm1605 looks after the English Skin.  I then still make one Thread extra for the BASIC downloads as images or weather icons because jhollin1138 has equipped me with a very big upload Quota (Again many thanks in this place) So we would have the whole thing beautifully openly and, if a new comes in the forum, immediately he finds  what he searches without, that he must search endless long Threads .

What do you think of it? Please tell your opinions

The bigest problem with most forums is that the skin file is updated but the old file remains on the board. If the Skin writer would replace the old with the new at the top of the first post nobody would have to search hundreds of threads looking for the latest skin. How do you feel about that.

I have few ideas on how to make this easier.

1) The skinners PM me the file they would wish to post.  I can upload it directly to the website and then a link could be included in the post to the file.  Similar to how these two files are posted.  Then when an update is made, as long as the file name hasn't changed, when I re-upload the file the current version would be available.  (The downside to this, nothing can be done until I upload the file to the website.  This also, means more work for me.   )

2) All the members of the forum that are in the Skinner Group could be issued an FTP account to the my web space and manage the file them selves.  (The downside to this, I have to now manage the FTP uploads that are being stored on my web space.  The skinners could easy use my web space to store their favorite mp3 for access anywhere. )

3) Probably the best method is that the poster simply starts a new thread with the skin in the first post.  The poster then, updates this attachment to the latest version using the "Edit" button on the post.  (I have observed that this is the method that Wichtel has been using over at PPC-Welt.  )
