Downloading Radar Imagery

Does this mean the image is updated at 01:00, 07:00, 13:00 and 19:00 daily?  If so, I can write you a small exe to deal with this.  I looked the website and I could not even download the html page. Very intersting.

The times you see here are the times the satellite took the pcture. But the picture is placed on the URL some times later. I'll have to test how much later the picture is placed. So, wait for me, till I know what's the delay-time.

•  I don't want a window that tell's me that the downloading has finished.
•  The filename is 'Rain1.jpg'.
•  My time zone is GMT+1
•  Last week I downloaded PHM Powertools, and tried it. But I'm a totally layman in this kind of things. Don't tell others: I didn't understand how it worked...

I had a correct download of the latest pic of that URL!

When I write this, there are some thoughts in my head:
• Besides you help people, you must also learn several things by doing these things, isn't it?!? But what's more: you like helping people!
• The things you, Rotlaus and Wichtel made in this thread, can be used in several other circumstances, with several other subjects than radar and stock exchanges.
• Just curious: do you work in your daily life with computers/programming, or are these things only hobby for you?!?

1)  Can you try once before and after 10:15 in tomorrow morning? Becuase I don't know I got caculation right or not?  
2)  Just like you, we help each other.  You scratch my back and I scratch yours.
3)  Yes, indeed.  There are several potential possibility that we can explore.
4)  I do learn a lot during this.  I am no programmer and not work in computer related industry.  I wish I could learn more.

Here you see the results of the test:
• Downloads before 10:15 --> nr. 1 from 1:00 hour (today). That's OK.
• Downloads after 10:15 (did some tests till 11:00 hour) --> nr. 4 from 19:00 hours (yesterday). That's wrong.

It's here 13:10 hours, and I tested your last weerDL.exe program.
•  Testresult: picture 2 from 07:00 hours (today) is downloaded. That's OK.

EDIT: It's here 16:55 hours, and I tested your last weerDL.exe program again.
•  Testresult: picture 3 from 13:00 hours (today) is downloaded. That's OK, too.
