Quote from: "eemond"I wanted to see my weather in Metric. When I clicked the Metric Unit button in Config I got the conversion (°F to °C) but the numbers did not match this ( http://weather.yahoo.com/forecast/GMXX0039_c.html?force_units=1 ).

Didn't check the values with the values on the weathersource, but didn't
notice any problems, when using metric in TodayPlus and the values
seems to be o.k.

QuoteWhile I'm here I have a question. I would like to expand the this.swBaro to contain text (1026 mb and falling). This text would allow me see an approaching low (and falling). This additional text may mess up some existing skins.

I don't think, you would get it to display in the skin. I just changed my city1.txt

to this.swBaro = "30.08 and falling" and didnt notice any change :?:
Looks like it only takes the numeric values to convert into hPa

One of our members in the German forum is having problems with the
script. He tries to download the weather for "Henneff" :

http://weather.yahoo.com/forecast/GMXX1840.html

and the cittyx.txt is confused. If you try to put it in the browser, same result.

http://todayplus.jhollin1138.com/rss/forecast_yahoo_txt.php?Citycode=GMXX1840

Can anybody take a look at that ?

MSNBC does not have the weather information for GMXX1840.  Since this scripts is taking information from yahoo and MSNBC, only the ones from yahoo will work.  Looks like yahoo got weather information from other source when it is not available from weather.com.

Can he/she (sorry, could not tell from the name) use this?  The information is from de.weather.com.

Edit:  I also answered in German forum.  Please translate if it is necessary.  Thanks.

Yes, I saw that msnbc.com does not have that code and even on
weather.com the code does not work too.

Yes, that would be an alternative (Did not test de.weather.com before). Waiting for an answer in the german forum.
Don't think, that a translation is neccessary

Thanks
